St.Paul's Stations of the Cross
St.Paul's walls are adorned with 14 small, wooden plaques. These 14 Stations of the Cross have an interesting history behind them. Parishoner Conni Still got the idea from a church in Astoria Queens where she and her husband Clifford were married in 1965.
The clear pine wood was donated by Millie Still- Kennedy. Her late husband Wilmont saved the wood from an original pew that was built way back in 1883.
Another parishoner, David MacDonald Sr. crafted the Stations from that old pew that was removed from our church around 1960.
